- By completing both the online quote form and the ‘Book your Gutter Clear and/or Clean’ form, this is considered as making a booking.
- We will contact you as soon as possible with a confirmed time and date. If this is not suitable, or you need to change or cancel your booking, let us know via phone or email. There is no charge for changing or cancelling your booking.
- We have a basic pricing structure which is clear and can be seen once completing the short online quote form. Our prices are based on typical house dimensions and designs. Subject to us being provided with the correct information regarding your property type and size, we will not charge you more than the price stated after the gutter clear and/or clean has been completed.
- If you have a large or unusual property type, please give us a call or email and we will provide you with a bespoke quote.
- We carry out a full gutter survey for each of our jobs. This also includes before and after photographs and you are quite welcome to have a copy of these. There is no extra charge for these services.
- It might be that your gutters do not need a clear and/or clean – this can only be assessed by carrying out a full gutter survey. If for this, or any other reason, there is no call out charge.
- Payment is required on the day once the job is complete, via cash or bank transfer.
- Your gutter clear and/or clean will be carried out by a professional and friendly member of our Gutter Cleaning Pro team.
